DEENCHARYA - AN AYURVEDIC WAY TO KEEP BODY CLOCK STABLE

Hello friends,this is Dr Shayesta Inamdar  ,and herewith we are going to learn something about our circadian rhythm that is body clock or biological clock.

U guys may have heard about our body clock. But do you know how that clock works? Who screws it's key everyday? Ok let's see how it works. Can u see pics I have attached with this article? These three are American scientists who researched that how the body clock of every living cell or body works. And these gems got Noble prize in medicine for cracking body clock code. Their names are -Jeffery C Hall , Michael Rosbash and Michael W Young .

This trio isolated a section of DNA called period gene . This gene on instructions, creates  a protein called PER . Now the stability of this PER protein decides who is morning person and who is night owl !! That is our body gets signal from this PER to keep clock working even without watch of our conscious mind.

Nobel prize committee said that, this study has vast implications for our health and wellbeing and that's why it needs a prize.

According to Mr Michael ,the member of this trio , the short term body clock disruption affects memory formation like in JET LAG etc, but in the long term it increases risk of developing diseases like type 2 diabetes ,heart diseases and even cancer.....

Our mood, harmones levels,body temperature and metabolism all fluctuate in a daily  rhythm. And this rhythm should not be desturbed , instead we should try to keep the rhythm.....if we want to stay away from such diseases !!!

This is obvious that we have to co-operate our body in management of circadian rhythm ,but how?......so here is the way, AN AYURVEDA....

An Ayurveda has given very systematic  time table to be followed to keep clock under control.......and that too thousands of years ago !!!

Yes, Ayurveda is not all about treating diseases but it's goal is to keep diseases all away from us.... and offcourse it provides a very disciplined and rhythmic life. This discipline is called as 'DEENCHARYA' in ayurveda.

DEENCHARYA  is the  very strict way ,to live an easy life....and it is the glory of Ayurveda....!!!

The meaning of DEENCHARYA is following of all daily essential routines on the perfect timing ,by every healthy person . Mentioning of word ' HEALTHY PERSON ' is pecular here because diseased person has all different routines suggested by ayurveda ,yes different for different disease infact. Routine for diseased person is called as 'PATHYA PALAN OF AHAR VIHAR '.And it is given after treatment for every disease.

We are here  now discussing about the 'CHARYA ' that is following of work for normal people in these article series.
We will see about diseased person next to this.

Well someone will feel childish getting instructions about daily grind. But believe me there are many small simple mistakes we are doing regularly and offcourse unknowingly. And that is one of the biggest reasons that we have trapped within disaster diseases. And we are watching these disasters all around us.

So let's switch to Ayurveda ,and  learn living perfect life ! Let's follow DEENCHARYA !! Let's being an obedient kid of mother nature !!! And then the nature will take care of us with the same delicussy that one mother can only provide......

MELASMA AND AYURVEDA

Hello friends, today we will see about MELASMA or CHLOASMA or MONKEY MASK. In ayurveda it is called as VYANG (व्यंग). Melasma can be appear in both men and women but it is more common in pregnant women,  premenopausal phase and women taking contraceptive pills or HRT. CAUS ES OF MELASMA:- Melasma is nothing but the secretion of excessive melanin pigments from melanocytes. On stimulation ,melanocytes secret melanin pigments on skin.The causes for melanocytes stimulation are female harmones like estrogen, progesterone, specially when exposed to sun. The skin with light brown colour is more susceptible to develop melasma. Again thyroid diseases makes increase in incidents of melasma. Basically it is thought to be enhanced by surges in certain harmones. THE MENOPAUSAL SYNDROME AND AYURVEDA

Hello friends.Today's post is on menopausal syndrome.Here we will see what is this syndrome all about ,all sign, symptoms and Ayurvedic aspects with Ayurvedic treatments. So let's start. WHAT IS MENOPAUSE It is the point at which ovaries stop their function of producing ova and stop release of female harmones estrogen and progesterone.In simple words it means woman can no longer become pregnant .It is said that woman reached to her menopause when she miss her 12 consecutive menstrual cycles.And also she feels somewhat signs of menopausal syndrome. NO MORE PAINFUL MENSTRUATIONS

Hello friends... myself DR SHAYESTA INAMDAR and today we will see how to get rid of painful menses or Dysmenorrhoea.                              Many teenage girls and even in some extend middle age women are suffering with this problem.  Basically periodic menstrual cycle is a very natural phenomenon and it should be as normal as men doing periodic beard shaving.But in some ladies this is not So much easier. So when menstruation is so painful as to incapacitate​ day to day activities then it is called as DYSMENORRHOEA. Again depending upon is there any pelvic pathology or not, it is divided into two types primary and secondary dysmenorrhoea and then it has different causes  of which polyps, fibroids and other anatomical deformities goes under surgical treatments.And other than surgicals are psychosomatic factors, vasopressin ,prostagl...
